Annamalai University — Regarding the delay of my Wes online transcript

I have applied for online transcript on 06.03.2020 and didn't receive my WES ( Reference number 4460955) report till date and while checking the status it's showing that, waiting for documents from Annamalai university after re verification. I have already completed my payment for the procedure. My agency told me that WES is waiting for the re verification from the university. I didn't receive any mail or call from the university regarding the procedure or the details of payment for the reverification process.i have tried different numbers to contact but ntng is available and not at all responding..beacuse of this delay my whole documentation is getting delayed.am from kerala and due to the pandemic am not able to travel to university directly please do favourable.
