I ordered a dress from this company on 23 January 2024. I informed her before ordering that I need the dress by 7th feb. to wear it at my best friend wedding function. On 2nd feb she said she will ship it in the evening. And then stopped replying to me for the next 10 days. I kept messaging, kept calling but there was no answer. Then she called me one day and said, ” that because of farmers protect the parcels are not being picked up by the courier service company” I said okay but get it delivered to me as soon as possible. Her tone, and her behaviour is was so casual. A month after I again messaged her saying at least send me a photo of the product to which she replied “it’s not part of my job to send you photos. What is wrong with you”
It’s 16th April today, her phone is switched off. No reply on the messages. But she’s shamelessly posting on Insta about all her new products. Just when I decided to file a complaint on consumer court, I discovered she already has so many against her. I spoke to all the people from my profile who we here following her and enquiried about her. And she has done the same with 6 more people that I know, Was this information helpful? |
