I had placed an order with them on 28th december 2019 for approximately rs. 3000. I was promised delivery by 15th jan 2020. I kept following up in between too. I got the attached confirmation via sms. Haven't received the products so far and have lost all my money. I had made an online payment. I got the following confirmation from them:
