I placed an order with the company on january 10 and got a communication from their end staying that i will received my products on january 25. I haven't received any other communication from them over the last two weeks and the company website is showing a 404 error.
There is no tracking process or contact details where i can reach out to them. I have attached the email and message i received on jan 10.
Payment was done online. Kindly look into this and help me with the refund
