I have booked my tickets for hotel booking and cruise booking with antilog vacations for the month of december 2017. They booked with the 30% of total package. Now, i asked them to provide me with my cruise tickets with full money i am giving. But they are refusing to give my hotel confirmation vouchers and cruise tickets and saying they can only give 6 days prior to travel.
But this was never told to me and i need my bookings right now. When i am paying them full, i don't understand the concept of giving tickets 6 days prior to international travel. This is ridiculous part of antilog. I need all the vouchers right now. Was this information helpful? |
