For my sister kuwait moh exam, i have given rs.1 lakhs on 30th jun 2017.
6 months before, they inform that candidate age limit increased to 30 for kuwait exam. So we requested them to refund my amount.
They told me amount will be credited to my bank account within 45-60 days.
Now they are not refunding our amount. I recently visited their salem branch with police. And talk to them. They told me amount will be credited to my account on jun 4, 2018. And balance amount on jun 14, 2018.
But no amount will be credited.
On jun 4, 2018, i called them on [protected] (Surya), [protected] (Harish). Both phones are on switch off mode.
On jun 5, 2018. I called on same numbers. Mr. Harish will attend my call and told me that. Madam will come afternoon. He will ask and update me before 6 pm. But i don't get any update from their side.
On jun 6 and 7, 2018 i called on both numbers, the phone is ringing, but no one attends my call.
On jun 8, 2018 harish call me and told me that, mark my complaint in www.consumercomplaints.in as resolved. Then they will refund the amount within 15 days. I ask harish, how can i mark my complaint as resolved before its actually getting resolved. I told him, first solve my issue, then i will change complaint status to resolved.
Then his sound was changed. He threatened me. I told him, will see legally.
