Anyuta Tpa — Refund on Dupe booking

I had booked a ticket with MakeMyTrip website

Facts
I want you to understand that my Air ticket booking was done on 6th April 2023 to travel from Aizawl to Bangalore and was done by MakeMyTrip website. This was a wrong route, hence it was cancelled by Indigo at Aizawl and a fresh ticket was booked by Indigo Airport Office with full fair.

Refund request
Now I am requesting you to refund the entire amount collected by Indigo Airport office at Aizawl and the Taxi booking from Bangalore Airport to my residence.

History
I had booked Air Indigo ticket to travel from Aizawl to Bangalore on 7th Friday 2023 and paid for inflight food and taxifare from Bangalore airport to my house, on 7th April 2023. This was done while wating at Guwahati Airport Indigo departure area on 6th April 2023.

Unfortunately MakeMyTrip website sent me a wrong e. Ticket, instead of showing my travel from Aizawl to Bangalore via Kolkata on 7th Friday 2023, issued a ticket routing from Aizawl to Guwahati then to Kolkata on 7th Friday 2023 and then on 8th April 2023, to Bangalore.

I never asked for a stay in Kolkata. I wanted to reach Bangalore on 7th April 2023, itself.

The mistake is by the MakeMyTrip website.

1. My booking request was to reach Bangalore on 7th Friday 2023 & not on 8th Saturday 2023.

2. I took this ticket to Aizawl Airport Indigo office, on 6th as soon as I reached Aizawl and asked them to change. The staff there cancelled the above ticket and rebooked for travel on 7 Friday 2023, (Next day) from Aizawl to Bangalore via Kolkata. But he took the full fair of over Rs.13000/- which was paid by Citi Card by me.

3. Aizawl Airport Indigo office, did not give me the senior citizen concession

4. My request to Indigo office, at Aizawl Airport on 6th was to rectify the mistake made by MakeMyTrip website and make me fly directly to Bangalore from Aizawl and was a day before travel!

Now I request you as the senior citizen, refund the amount collected for by the Aizawl Airport Indigo office, on 6th April 2023, which is over Rs.13, 000/ and also the Taxi Fair Taxi fare of about Rs, 730 collected by MakeMyTrip website.
