My LED not working & I have done the complaint No.[protected] on 10th Oct-2015 for the same but till today i.e. 14th Oct-2015 nobody has came to attend the same complaint. I have tried at least 20 times to contact customer care then finally I have reached to them and asked the status of the same complaint. The customer care officer replied they will take 5-6 days more to attend the complaint while 5 days already passed away for making the complaint. I just want to know is this the way to work or solve the problem of the customers? Was this information helpful? |
