We have also been fooled by apex service center. The technician from apex, karan singh, insisted on taking an amc package of inr 6500 (Invoice no.8223), in jan 2018 with 4 mandatory visits. However, it was never serviced, even after phone calls.
When complained, the lady on the phone was rude and called us names (Not expected in modern day service industry). This is a fraud service center. Please do not get into their trap.
