Apex Services India — Not honouring maintenance contract for RO

Apex services, laxmi nagar, delhi have not been servicing my ro. They have been putting me off for the last two months. My contract dated 08.06.18 expires on 07.06.20. Today when i reminded them on their phone no. [protected], they said because of lock down, they cannot send the mechanic. They were told that the lock down has since been relaxed and even public transport is operational. My regd. Phone no. With them is[protected]. I have learnt that a huge no.
