Hi, I have taken 2 years amc for my water purifier from apex service center and this was my biggest mistake as they are fraud. I have been continuously following up with them for the past two weeks i. E. From 18 july 2019 onwards but till now by complaint is not resolved. There is no senior and responsible person sitting there. The person sitting on the complained board is useless and more over very rude. The manager/ service in charge (Mr. Prem sharma and divesh) never pick up their phones. Only girls are there just to receive the call but not to resolve or escalate the matter. Besides this they are charging very high price for amc as compared to other good vendors. They have charged me rs.9000 for 2 years amc which is not worth it. Neither they are returning my money nor they are providing amc services. I request others not to get trapped with such fraud company. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Aug 02, 2019 APEX Services India Customer Care's response Again updating consumer complaint our company is not in any such business. We dont have a office in laxmi nagar . You have wrongly mapped the company in questioned to us. Kindly get it rectified at you end so that complainant queries are sent to correct organization

Two year amc start from feb-2019 but no satisfactory result regular problem but till date tds is coming 400 .After my complaint fro 19th aug comp no k230103 but no body attending in spite of daily follow .
