This complaint is for apex service center, 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi. Summary is they are big cheater. When the technician came for the first time, he said this membrane is bad and he will replace with original kent parts and give future servicing and charged me rs 4500 for this. He then replaced the parts with kent membrane (Used old membrane, which i figured out later). After 10 days, my ro started troubling again and i called the apex person. When his service person came and inspected the ro, then he said this membrane is already consumed. Then we figured out that the membrane which was changed as new just 10 days ago was actually an old and used membrane taken off from from some other ro. Then the service guy said i am carrying some local company membrane and i will put this in the ro. I called and talked to his service center manager prem sharma (The biggest cheater), he committed that you can use this local membrane and he will get this replaced by a new original kent membrane in 2days... Firm commitment. Its been more than 2.5 months since then, but even after my tens of calls, those people never came back. At the end i am stuck with that local company product even after paying the price for the kent original product. Apex service center is a real big cheat and crooks company.
