Hi, I had reached out to apex visa for tourist visa of Netherlands. Initially I had put my concerns that I will need visa before 15th April as I want to travel on 20th April. But the team did not take my case seriously. They initiated the process on 15th March though I had made the payment on 3rd March. And then they said they aren't getting appointment for VFS global and it's way to difficult to get visa before 20th April. They asked me to cancel my flight tickets which is non refundable. Though I had booked tickets after consulting them.
So, after i received disappoints from Apex visas in my case like wasn't getting responses on time after multiple follow ups and they weren't even trying to get the appointment.
I took the matter in my hands booked the appointment for myself after trying day and night. I already had prepared all my documents by myself. Apex Visa helped me to fill up the application form. That too when I went to VFS global they rejected it. Saying the isn't for Netherlands tourist visa but for Germany visa. So, i paid 2500 rs there to get the correct form filled.
So, ultimately I had just got one service from Apex Visa that too was wrong and didn't work for me and costed additional amount.
I am very much disappointed of this unprofessional behaviour and lack of knowledge. I am expecting the full refund of rs 8260 rs. As I did not get any service for the amount I paid. Was this information helpful? |
