Apollo Hospital — Bad behavior of FMCG/Medical sales executive

Good Evening

I want to share my experience regarding the visit to the healthcare products(typically the FMCG products) in front of the medicine counter at "Indraprastha Apollo, Jasola, Delhi".

I went to the counter at around 1:20 pm and there were 4 executives at the counter. I ordered 4 packs of sugar-free biscuits which they said are available. They put those biscuits on the nearby shelf and started gossipping. At around 1:30 pm, I requested that to proceed with my order, but they were busy is their gossip and the person (at the billing system) was appeared to be half asleep or maybe hangover (He was not looking in a good mood and constantly watching the billing system).

From 1:20 pm till 1:40 pm there was just one more customer (an old man) who visited the counter. I was feeling very odd, as there were 4 executives, biscuit packets were just next to the billing person, hardly one person visited the counter in that 20 minutes, and they were continuously ignoring my request
So I again insisted at 1:40 pm to proceed with my order as I was waiting for the past 20 mins (and all 4 executives were busy in some talks).

At 1:40 pm he took the money and again no response. I again requested to please proceed with my order, so they gave me the bill (Not the product) and the person on the billing desk again started watching the system constantly. The biscuits were just next to the billing person and they were not giving them to me.

At 1:45 pm I felt intolerable and I said " How inefficient the executives are working, there is at least 3-4 sales executive currently, and there is just one single customer in from of you (i.e. me) and I am waiting from past 20-25 mins for the packet of biscuits, and why you are not handover it to me. Bhaiya what will I do with the bill without the product, roll the bill, and put it inside me? Why are you not giving my order? "
The response of the billing person was very shocking to this. He said "ben ke laude bhag jaa yaha se, teri maa chod dunga. Apna product le aur nikal yaha se. Dikh mat jaiyo dubara".
I said you can't talk to me like this but the billing person got too furious ( I don't know may be was in a hangover, or was in a bad mood).
I counter him that " ki aap log kaamchori ko aise hyper hoke, ya awaz tez karke nahi chupa sakte". Even in between a person on the medical counter told me " ki sir kyu muh lag rahe ho inke, inko tameez nahi hai".

I am not complaining but just sharing it with you, because Apollo is a very reputed hospital and of course, I trust this hospital. My parent got operated on and was admitted for 2 weeks. I was taking medicines for her (and in between, I just visited the FMCG counter and all this happened). But experiences like this make a very bad impression. Maybe the incidence is small and is not of much relevance. Yet it will always remain with me that the sales executives at the counter are furious and like are in hangovers.
