Apollo Hospital — No proper guidance

I am Senthil kumar R, today (20/07/2023)
I came to Madurai apollo hospital
located at K. k. Nagar main branch for Master health check up . I am new to this hospital environment there is no proper support or guidance from the hospital side to look up on all kind of checkup and some staffs have no patience towards patient and some staffs boldly says it's not their duty to guide patient.This kind of attitude from staffs and lack of guidance bring down the good will of hospital.
