Hi Team,
I am writing to this email to express my frustration and disappointment on your careless and delayed response and unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected Apollo Hospitals is a prestigious and reputed hospital, but unfortunately Apollo hospital did not perform as expected.
I have called so many times(Ph:[protected] and sent remainder mails, but I did not get any solution/response for my refund amount, which is supposed to be credited on 18th February 2022. I can understand if there any technical difficulties, but two months are very long period to return my money back.
I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and take necessary steps ASAP.
