Apollo Hospital — S24 Counter all staff Misbehave

AC01.I am Manik Burman, I visited DR.RAGAVAN at the hospital on 07/11/2023. DR.RAGAVAN gave some tests to show the report of those 08/11/2023 came to the hospital but from S24 said doctor is not available today. I came to the hospital again on 9/11/2023 to show those reports but entered the name at the S24 counter but did not speak to me for 4 hours that day. I will request the CO of the hospital to resolve this issue of S24 counter.
