I am Jyotirmaya Mishra, Member ID - [protected] had applied for reimbursement for my wife (Rajalaxmi Mishra) & daughter (Samiksha Mishra) on 3rd of June 2014 but till date i don't get any satisfactory reply from the agency.
On the date of 19th June 2014, i had a mail from the Claim department that i have not attached the cancelled cheque with the document. So on the same date i have sent cancelled cheque through mail.
Then on 22th June, i had a new mail that i have to submit attested copies of indoor case papers of hospitalization including notes and daily progress notes, after having this mail i have consult with customer care and he rudely told that if i have any issue then mail to customer care.
After consult with customer care, i came to know that they have received the cancelled cheque which was send by me and only attested copies of hospital they required. But today (23/06/2013) I had new mail that i have to submit the cancelled cheque.
I am really harassed by the department, i don't know the amount would me credited or not. Even the customer care also not cleared which document actually they required.
So request you to, inform me which document you really need for full & final settlement. So that i can collect it once and try to send you soon. Was this information helpful? |
