Apollo Munich Insurance Company [Amic] — claim id 658206-id [protected] — no specific reply — even after 5 months 15 reminders | |||||
On 24/11/2017, as desired by them, i had submitted a bunch of papers containing 5 different reports from 14/04/2015-to -13/10/2017, requesting them to confirm that my further cliams would be processed or advise me their observation, if any. For the reasons best known to them, despite my 8 reminders in 3 months, telephonic reminders & personal visits to their office, i was not informed about their observation... After lot of followups after 100days, i was advised to submit...:first consultation paper related to hypertension when it was first diagnosed "it may please be noted that all the available papers/ reports / doctor;s prescriptions from 14/4/2015 were submitted twice & were acknowledged by them. I enquired from their noida office what sort of first consultation paper is being asked when everything is made available to the. Unable to reply my quary, i was advised to write to their grievance cell. On march 10, 2018, i made a reference to their complaint cell asking them to clarify what is meant by ;first consulation papers"which are being asked, alongwith the details of such papers, with the rational / justification, especially when everything was submitted in the month of nov 2017 & also in jan 2017, comprinsing of my doctor's'all clinical notes.. There was no reply even from their grievience for more than 20 days & finally after my 3 reminders, they replied with the same reply asking for 'first consultation paper, related to hypertension when it was first diagnosed "without bothering to advise me what is this paper. It may kindly be noted that it is the same question which i have been asking them time & again to clarify / guide... What it is? Such a pathatic, hope less & useless response cannot be expected from apollo munich. It is highly irresponsible, unacceptable & company must be asked to clarify what is their requirement, with the justification & they cannot be allowed... To befool the customers, after collecting a huge premium. Further, it is a shamful for their grievience to ask for the same issue which they were supposed to clarify... Is anybody listening?
