Apollo Pharmacy — Behaviour of your staff is very bad

Hi my name is Pratyush . Today I went to your Arekere branch . The staff there was drunk and he was telling to speak only in kannada otherwise he will not give medicine . I asked him in english he told he don't know english also . I don't understand if he don't know english how he reads the name of medicine and how he has studied his basic education. I will recommend if your company want only kannada speaking person in yourr shop please do put a board outside your outlets that only those persons are allowed who can speak kannada. I don't knew your level of service is so bad and you are employing persons who are least educated . I want to tell you if you are dealing with medicine you should employee a person who know english because all the medicine name is written in english. You are risking the life of patients . I also want to tell you that the person there did not gave me bill as i did not knew kannada which is against law. Please do take some action .
