[Resolved] Apollo Pharmacy — Staff rude behaviour | |
Apollo Pharmacy is overall a value added service but i am sorry to say the staff is really rude, sometimes i even dont prefer to visit this store just because of the rudeness and behavior with customer. I am a regular customer and since last 3-4 months i hardly visit any other chemist shop but my experience in Indirapuram, Amrapali green Branch Ghaziabad was so bad that now i feel to shift to some other chemist shop just because the staff is really rude and i am very much dissatisfied with the way they speak. They use so harsh language. I request you to please take immediate action otherwise the goodwise will surely suffer. Rest everything is good but staff is rude n harsh. I dont want to switch to any chemist shop but if the situation will not be better then no other option for consumers and word of mouth is always there..!!! I really had an disgusting experince with one of appollo pharmacy located in Kottur, Chennai.
I asked for a medicine and the attendant told me they have that medicine and he came with the medicine and the shop in charge told me that they cant give me the medicine. I asked for 6 tablets but he told me i that he cant give 6 tablets and that i have purchase at least 10 even i agreed for that but still he was not ready to give me the medicine.
The reason that he me was really shocking, he told me that if he sells the medicine to me he cant return the medicine and get a refund.The attitude that he had was really disgusting to him money was more important that a persons life.
I don't understand why such a reputed organization has some cheap pigs like this to work in their organization

apollo pharmacy in collage road, karaikudi . tamil nadu. i brought seridite medicine.i already show the sample empty product also. but the sales incharger order the product and give to me after 10days.i brought and open the product . the product is change some words different and product type also. the product difference is powder and liquid ... i go and return the change product .but the incharger didnt change. he ask why should u open the product . i say if i open after only i see the product changes. i open only box only just attai box only. how to use the changer medicine.he say u go and use it ..

the product cost : 904 rupees. he say simply i didnt change.

I am a regular customer and since last 2months i hardly visit any other chemist shop but my experience in Periyasamy tower, Chatram bus stand, Trichy, Tamil Nadu. was so bad that now i feel to shift to some other medical shop just because the manager is really rude and i am very much dissatisfied with the way they speak. They use so harsh language.this shop Manager is to bad comment in the outside girls.But other employees is good.Manager is LOVE with the other Girl (staff)in side the shop.please change the Managerin this Branch otherwise lose the customer...

I was on my way back from Bhakti Vedant hospital to purchase medicine for my Wife in Emergency.Your great man Mr.Victor(YOUR SALESMAN) was more busy in selling Condomns to the clients.He was perfectly alright negotiating price of Rs.5/ for Condomns then selling medicines to people who needs medicines.If this is the policy u have of selling Condomns to people of their callibre then better close the place for medicines and sell CONDOMNS.What a way of keeping your name with such high dignity.When I was talking to him>he was very Rude in giving the medicine I requested.
I hope you better change your style of functioning then keeping such cheap peoiple to work for your esteem organisation.Also I would like to hear from you for what ever action taken on such people.

Appollo Pharmacy staffs are rude and not customer friendly. When i entered Ayyapanthangal, chennai branch standing for a long time to get a medicine. Staffs are not responding to customer requirement. Infact they are arrogant.

I too agree with you. In Tamil Nadu, in Neyveli, the lady staffs is excellent. But some male staff just don't care of the customers. They won't answer questions and their stocks will be always low. Many medicines are not available with them. Why don't they change such staff and employ some human beings?
