Apollo Pharmacy — High Level of Dissatisfaction of a Corporate Customer

I would like to bring in to you kind notice of the pathetic service of your store situated in the market campus of Amarpali Greens, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad U.P and want you to take stringent action against their staff Neeraj & their Supervisor Adarsh who are the main key members for irresponsible behaviour in terms of home delivery. This incident is related to some urgent medicines booked for home delivery by name of Nikhil Khanna at around 8:30 pm which had not been delivered till 10:30pm. On follow-up with Neeraj it is found that the medicines are lying in their store with the lament excuse that the delivery boy has left for the day. On follow up with their supervisor Adarsh, (as mentioned by Neeraj), his phone is continuously busy and then he switch off his mobile.He even didnot dare to reply back to my urgent message. This is highly unacceptable? Is this kind of service what a Corporate customer would expect? I want this note to be forwarded to the higher management and would request their immediate action on their staff for this store. I would like an strict action to be taken for the mentioned employees and keep me updated on it's status. Please reach to the undersigned if any further information is required.
