Apollo Pharmacy — Product replacement and duplicate bill

I have purchased compressor nebulizer from apollo pharmacy on 29th November 2021. I misplaced the invoice, so i visit the Appollo pharmacy outlet and request to the Appollo pharmacy representative to help me where Is the service centre of Appollo pharmacy election products but he told me to call the customer care from where I purchased this product. And I call the customer care, she told me visit the nearest Apollo pharmacy outlet. But Neither there are ready to provide me a duplicate bill of my product nor they are ready to return/replace or repair my product. But Apollo pharmacy online and outlet executive are not clearing me where I can go to return my product. Please help me for replace my product.

Updated by ZUHAIBMBL Why this much of delay happening your side? Plenty of calls to the Apollo pharmacy customer care and requested to them that we are very suffering from ignorance of Apollo Pharmacy, and why you people are plying with human emotions, faith and also there's health.

I am again requesting you to all please take an action towards my compalints and resolve the issue as early as possible otherwise i will take an action against you and legally will approach. If anything happened to my family members due to this delay, then i am not at all tolerable. And at the end of the I am telling you if you're not resolve my problem then ill always said to myself that it's was my wrong disission to purchase any product through appolo pharmacy, and i never suddgges to other purchase the product through appolo pharmacy Online or Offline.

Updated by ZUHAIBMBL Still my complaint are pending, This type of behavior is showing that Apollo pharmacy is not ready to repair or exchange my nebulizer. I could not believe that Apollo Pharmacy would do this type of behavior with its customers. I am much shocked. Appollo pharmacy team have not left any door where I get help regarding my genuine request accept consumer forum. I believe in my Indian judiciary.
