Apollo Pharmacy — Sale of Defective Blood Pressure Monitor Machine | |||
I had purchased one machine on 16/01/2015 at Rishra PL Camp vide Cash Memo No 1197. The selling person checked my BP from the Demo Machine and my BP reading was 95/175. After taking the delivery I asked him to check the pressure from the machine which I had purchased and the reading came 85/140 and then I asked him to give me back my money as the reading from the machine I purchased was not correct. Then he told me to take the delivery of the Demo Machine. Then I told him that why should I take the used one . Then he told me some problem about cancelling the memo and he assured me that I will get Seal Packed New Machine within seven days and called one lady who as he told was the Incharge of Rishra Shop and asked her that she has to give the sealed pack machine in replace of the machine was given to me and both assured me that you please take this for the time being. After that I visited the Rishra Shop at several times and at every time it was told that the fresh machine will come in next 15 days and ultimately the lady replied that Head Office is not giving the delivery of Fresh Machine and so I can't help you in the matter.
