Apollo Pharmacy — Wrong medicine given for a 3.5 year old child!!! | |||||
Hi, There is a very serious issue which i faced from apollo pharmacy located in btm 1st stage, bangalore. Instead of vitamin syrup the pharmacy person sold us the syrup for anti depression for my daughter who is just 3 years old and we have been giving her that wrong medicine for past 2 weeks. Doctor prescribed riconia, a vitamin syrup but medical person provided me risnia (Risperidone liquid), a medicine for adults suffering from depression and other mental disorders. Now we are very much worried about our daughter. She is looking very tiresome and really fearing about the consequences in future. Attached doctor's prescription and the medicine bill from apollo pharmacy. Please let me know how can i file a legal complaint against this irresponsible behavior from the pharmacy.
