My name Jignesh & I am from Ahmedabad, gujarat.I was booked freeze on 21/10/2015. I paid 9600/- Inr for freeze. Still I am not received my freeze or refund by company. No one received my calls from last 1 month. I want to refund my payment from this company so please help me.

Now the web site is also in active and their numbers are also switched off.
What step you took for same?
