Appeline Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd — Stay away from this company

I have purchased 60 nos. of Preference shares @ Rs. 1000/ each from Appeline Cosmetics & Toiletries Ltd. (having Corporate office address as 56, Gautam Complex, Sector 11, CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400 614 and Regd. office as RZ-146, Shaheed Nagar, New Delhi - 110 087) as against Folio nos.[protected] shares) &[protected] shares) certificate no. KL00805294 & KL00805295 respectively on 11.08.2003 through one agent with a Maturity value of Rs. 121350 against each certificate (i.e. total Rs. 242700) with a redemption date on 09.06.2013. But i am yet to receive the maturity amount despite repeated chase-up thru various angle, but all in-vain.
