[Resolved]  Aqua Grand — New Memory stopped working within 2 Months

Hi,

Please note that i was recently asked to change the Memry of my 2.5 years old Aqua Grand. Based on the suggestion provided we paid 1500Rs to the dealer and got the New Memry. However after 2 months the New Memry stopped working. When we contacted the dealer, the dealer stated that the New Memry does not have any guarantee and claiming that we have to pay another 1500 Rs to change the Memry.

As per my knowledge, every product has at least 6 months warranty. But in this case the dealer states it does not have warranty. Hence i thought of bringing this issue to your notice and get the appropriate solution.
