i, Saharsh Chauhan, had been buying all my home appliances including refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and TV from great eastern appliances and have never faced any such complain before. even i referred it many of my friends and relatives who were also benefited and impressed with the charges. there must be something more to this problem and there must be a communication gap which resulted in such confusion. even in case of buying a digital camera last month i had to replace it because there was a scratch and it was done quite swiftly. i atleast is quite satisfied with their consumer service and refer this to all. It is with great agony that i wish to bring to your kind notice the callousnes shown by your employee of your showroom.I as a customer o[censored]r company and i had purchase a panasonic 1.5 ton 3 star split A.C from great eastern Chinsurah Khadinamore branch. My cash memo no is-16/1213/21369 but the goods are not delivered for last six days and in spite of several reminders no action has been taken yet by your men.it is really surprising that such an efficient company as that of yours is not heeding to our complaints.please get the needful done at the earliest.
