Apply Pan India — No response after payment of fees

I had applied for a pan card online through the above website. However, after filling and submitting the online application I realized that there was a mistake in mentioning my name as Siddharta Gurudas Gaonkar instead of Gaonkar Siddharta Gurudas.After mailing to them 2-3 times about the correction, there is no response from their side.I even tried to communicate with them over phone but that also failed. My amount of Rs.249 has been deducted which is paid through my credit card. I m not able to communicate with them and incase the transaction is not going to go further I would like to get my amount reversed.
