Apply Pan India — Not able to download application form

I had applied for a pan card online through the ApplyPANIndia.in website. However, after filling and submitting the online application.I have successfully completed my online application form. My amount of Rs.249 has been deducted which is paid through my credit card. I m not able to download application form and in case the transaction is not going to go further I would like to get my amount reversed. I m not able to download application form and in case the transaction is not going to go further I would like to get my amount reversed. I had applied for the lost pan card through the applypanindia.in website on 10/07/2019 and I payed 499 rupees . I am not able to download the application . Can I get my money back or will I get the chance to download the file ?

Applypanindia ! Nothing but fake agent duping people's money those are looking PAN Card related services on Google.
