My name is manohar kant my claim no. Is (Dmar26374) i use apple i phone 7 128gb the approval process took a while with documents uploaded. My divice was approved for total loss in april 2017 my claim approved long time ago i have already given phone related accessories and documents to the courier boy how come to me along with my canceled cheque. It's now more then seven months i haven't yet received a single call or massage after so many reminders i am not getting any response from you people.. Please rep me why one shouldn't go consumer and take a legal action. If you don't reply me in next seven days then i'll do f. I. R. Against aps you need and file a case for cheating and mental harassment i have been going through past these seven months
