My mobile phone display is broken...160 days is happen but my mobile is not return till now... I contact many time to the costumar care but there is no reply of my queries... I have purchased one mobile from Satyam mobile located in kestopur 1.5years back and I have done insurance of that mobile phone but after 3 months my mobile was damaged and I claim my insurance amount but till date I havent recieved my insurance amount kindly looked into this matter .
