This complaint is in regards to my Samsung handset which was declared as total loss. Details are as follow:

Today I have received an email stating that earphones have not been received by your team. However, I have send the packed earphones as they were not used even for once. If it has been lost by the courier boy that is not my problem.You need to check with them as I have send all the items in the packed handset box.
The service is highly apauling. Everytime I have to write to apps you need be it the status of my handset, status of cheque. If I give a call to the customer care, the only answer I get is please write to apps you need or register a complaint.why the hell they are hired for then if they can't do anything for the customer. I dont have this much time ..I would want someone senior to give me an apology call and would want to sort this lost earphones case. This is your problem.
