I have submitted complaint for my iPhone 5S Dec First Week, whose CIN is D-[protected].
Also we got the Claim approval on 22nd Dec 16, after approval insurance company person call me on 28/12/16. but due to some reason i did not attand the call.
So we are requesting to send your person to pick the mobile again.
Note:- 1. For any clarity, Pl contact to Mr Raj- [protected] ( Alternate No.)
2. Pl provide the contact no of the concern person who update me the actual status.

Updated by Rohit teotia My claim no is D[protected], as per the Apps you need portal the device was to be repaired and send back by 12/02/17 but has not been received till now.
On the voice support, there is no option to speak to anyone to know the status of the claim.
Note:- 1).Kindly Note, if my mobile not received by today, then i shall go for the further steps.
2). Pl provide the contact no of the concern person who update me the actual status.
