[Resolved]  Apps You Need — My claim got rejected on foolish reason

My cin dapr11666. I registered a claim regarding my damaged phone s7 edge. The company says that my discription does not match my pictures as i didnot mention in my description that glass is broken isntead i have written my display is broken.
I m not satisfied with the reason given to disapprove my claim. I want a proper explaination from the company as at the time of my purchase there was no conditions given.
