Sir i bought a htc one x9ds on 19th july 2016 from r g cellulars pvt ltd and it was insured by apps for you. The screen of the phone got broken on 5th march 2017. I contacted r g cellular on the next day and they asked me to fill out the insurance form. Subsequently my phone was picked up by ecom express pvt ltd on 8th march. I was told that i would get my phone repaired within a time limit of 50 days. To my utter suprise i got a message from apps you need on 3rd may 2017 that my phone was declared as total loss and i will be paid a certain amount of money as compensation for the insurance. I contacted rg cellular after this because i wanted my phone back but they refused and asked me to talk to apps you need. After having a conversation with the customer service of apps you need i was very disappointed with the service as i never agreed to the total loss and compensation scenario. They told me to pack the remaining accessories and it was picked up on 15th june 2017. I was told that i will be receiving a cheque of a certain amount as compensation at my home address within 30 days. But it's already been over 45 days and i have not even received a single message or an email about the same. Even my call is getting unanswered. I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter and help me as soon as possible.
