Hello i sunil khetawat had purchased an iphone se 16 gb gold with a apps you need insurance with future in mind. My phone fell from my hand while i was talking on it with someone as i got a push from corrier guy. My iphone then had cracks at back and a blank display. I uploaded a form for claim which was put under query for the reason that it didn't mention weather i was standing or walking i reuploded the form for the same query and it has been 5 days since, the deadline has even pass by a day but still no answer. The only thing they say is to wait for 48 hours every time. It is giving me a serious headache as if the process is delayed in the first step it would be further delayed as a whole. my complain CNJUN08250 says that i have got proper documents and i will get approval but its been 12 hours since then and no sign of approval. Even if its my document show some professional behavior and meet up your deadline or else there would be no chance of your survival . Its up to you guys if you server me good this time i might buy your insurance again or in other case would definitely suggest others not to buy it

My claim (ID: CNJUN01256) continuously rejected by apps you need provider by quoting mishandling / negligence though I keep my stand as its an accident. I'm tired of reopening the claim as every time its rejected with same message. This is totally against their promise to serve their customer as per insurance policy.
