Am submitting the claim and send damage phone and am receiving the knowledge the appsdaily received the phone after that am not get any msg. What the status when am buy the policy it's clearly mentioned that 10days replacement. But am not getting my phone. I have send my phone on 17th jan 2017 so you can confirm the when am get my phone back response #asap#
