I made a insurance claim vide irn526692 on the the companies app and uploaded all the documents on 3rd july 2017 regarding the broken display of panasonic handset... I was to get the approval by 7th july 2017, but till date 18th july there is no response... Also called a number of times at there customer care but still no response... Seems like the insurance company is waiting for the 21 days tenure to expire and eventually then the insurance will expire and claim will not be valid... Pathetic service...
