Apra Health Services — Payment taken documents not received

Dear team,

I have paid 9990/- to apra health services through paytm wallet on 11.05.2016. I was promised that i would receive the documents (Hard copy) in 21days but i haven't received it yet.

Person who called me from apra: mukul rao (Introduced himself as relationship manager)
Mobile number from which i got the call: [protected]
Payment amount: 9990
Ticket no. Given: ve[protected]
Payment done through paytm wallet
Date of payment: 11.05.2016.

Mukul rao said that soft copy would be sent in 24hrs to my email id but i did not get it.

I called him multiple times. Twice or thrice he responded.
After few days there was no response
After few days the mobile was switched off.
Now the number is out of service.

Please help me in this regard and help me to get the refund
