I have purchased a New LX ONE Filter with a two year AMC from AQUA FAST RO Service Centre on 20th Feb 2024. Within a month time the RO has started to show the problem as there is no water coming in RO. When I am trying to reach the complaint desk numbers [protected] and [protected] nobody is answering the calls. I am going to lodge a FIR against this fraud organization if i didn't any update in next 24 Hrs at my registered number.
The Billing memo reference number 2810 can be used as a reference of purchase validation for this complaint. Such a fraud organization and fraudlent people with false commitments. I have all the artifacts with the person name Ankit (who has installed) and signed on behalf of AQUA FAST RO Service Centre and will mention his name in the FIR for a fraud conducted. After there denial I asked Kent RO to visit for service so during there checked membrane and both filter were not good and all are fake and PH we’re coming 13 it’s really frustrating that this kind of fake agency are running openly in market
