The guy named Siva (From Aqua Fresh RO Systems) collected Rupees 5, 050 on
03-DEC-2020 as a Annual Maintenance cost for our Aqua Fresh RO Water
Purifier and it has a validity till 03-JUN-2022. Last 5 weeks before
our RO system not working and we tried to reach him many times for his
mobile phone, He won't respond to our call & even if he pick the call
he will say like I will come in 2 days to fix this. But this has never
happened. After a very great difficulty and fight with this guy over
the call we ask them to look into this issue ASAP. Luckily he came
today on 07th June 2021 and he said problem with motor pump and it
needs to be replaced for 2, 300 Rupees + 300 as service charges
(Overall 2, 600 Rupees). My Question is why this guy collected Rs 5, 050
from us for AMC Charges and what is the use of that? Why it is not
getting covered under AMC?
Also this guy's behavior is very RUDE and I don't know how come you
people gave Franchise permission to him for a such a cheat & money
eaters. For your very kind info I have mentioned this guy address and
his contact number. I am sure If the situation goes lie this, Your
company brand will get spoiled soon.
