[Resolved]  Aqua Pure Plus — pathetic response

Their customer care never answers the calls and would only insist to exchange your purifier than sending technicians for service. With their advise i had spent 4000 and installed alkaline filter which spoiled motor in a month's time. It started with a leak from inside and inspite of reporting multiple times, i had never received a response.

Today (10/26/2017), i was lucky that they answered my call after trying for almost 3 days and was again insisting to exchange rather than listening to the problem.

They send their sales team immediately if there is a lead but never their service technicians.

U guys are giving very bad service. Customer care will never atten the calls. I made a big mistake that I bought a purifier from you [censored]. Everyday am calling since from September 2017 to till now. [censored] service. U will never grow up
