Entered amc for 3 years vide contact receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15 against cheque no 539500 dated 02.02.15 for rs3930/- drawn on ubi during the period from 02.02.15 to 01.02.2018. Today i enquired for renewal of my amc. But i had been harassed by the company. I contacted over telephone twice for renewal of my amc. But the company did not provide any docket no to assure me for sending any technician to my residence. Was this information helpful? |
