I placed order for a water purifier on august 7 2019.
My order number is #16368
Firstly they had sent me already used and damaged product and then denied to replace the item.
Their way of talking is like “do whatever you want to do, we will not replace it”
I know my consumer rights but i don't have time to complain in consumer court.
They don't even reply my messages and emails.
I simply asked them if i pre-paid you the full money how can you could you sent me the damaged product.
Their only answer was "we will not replace the product"
I don't know what to do further.

This is the most appropriate line for them because they are protected. I am also facing the same issues and no one can take against them. These are all shell companies with policital backup.
