This is Anurag Dubey. last year on 20-Sep-2014, I purchased a Aquafresh RO (Invoice Number - 6228) in Rs. 7100. According to their promise they provide 2 free services in an year. from last few days, i find that the taste of water is changed so I thought to call these guys just to cure from the diseases from the dirty water. This is my first free service. I called customer care; she received the call and promised my to send service guy next day; but he didn't come. Another day I called and got the same promise and again the service guy didn't come to my home. After they stopped putting my phone. I tried number of time but they are not receiving my call. I have the rights to use my both free services but these guys are not able to provide a single one. Are these guys trying to pass the year cause then they would get certain money from me. I am really disappointed because it's a risk on my heath as well as my families health. Please take come actions on these guys.
