We took the aquionics water softner in may 2017 and paid the annual maintenance fee of 10k to the company for regeneration every 10 days. The technicians would initially come every 15 days and later stopped coming. Mr manik rao was given the contract for kokapet region (Where we stay) and he has stopped receiving our calls. He has indicated that the company has not paid any money to the employees for the last 6 months and is going to shut down. I wrote to the company but haven't received any response. This is a red flag to all those planning to buy aquionics water softeners. Looks like the company is shutting down its operations in india, so it's advisable to not go for this brand Was this information helpful? |
