I complained about the irregularities in the online music classes for my 4 year old daughter. They contacted me on 28th Feb but then again they did nothing . The mediator said he is not well and then said he left what can they do in that . USAID ok change the mentor then. Then he said Yasin Darbar ji will take the class I clearly said my daughter is a beginner she won't be able to learn from him. Then I said if you are not able to provide the classes please refund my amount. He said ok I will raise the request after 7 days money will be refunded. But it's been 12 days not received any refund. Now they are not even responding my calls. I wanted the classes more than the refund but they are not providing me the classes or not the refund. Was this information helpful? |
