Arc Parcel Service — I didn't get my parcel even after 12 days

I have purchased sarees from surat avanti fashion. They sent the parcel in arc parcel services and gave us the lr no: 28448. Avanti fashions sent the parcel on september 25. But till now i have not received the parcel from arc parcel services. I have called concerned people in arc parcel services but they are not responding properly. They gave several phone numbers and say to contact this person but they wont attend the call or it would be a wrong number. They even don't say any tracking details or location of my parcel.
